Service Description
Ultherapy® is a non-invasive, FDA-approved ultrasound treatment that tightens skin on the face and neck. It can also improve the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Most Ultherapy® patients see meaningful results after just one session. Since your treatment stimulates your body’s own collagen production, the results may vary. You may see some initial lift, but the ultimate results will take place over two to three months as the growth of new collagen and elastin develops. A single Ultherapy® treatment can give a lasting effect for over a year or more, and your practitioner will advise on the likely outcomes for you. With nonsurgical Ultherapy ®, there is no downtime. After your treatment, you can resume your normal activities immediately, following the instructions of your practitioner.
Booking Policy
**Booking Policy** Thank you for choosing Epic Aesthetics! We appreciate your effort to schedule appointments well in advance, especially before major holidays. When you book your appointment, you'll need to provide a credit card number to secure your treatment. Please review our cancellation policy before reserving your time, as scheduling indicates your acceptance of this policy. A credit or debit card is necessary to hold your appointment(s). We prioritize your and will not share this information with any third parties. Your credit card details will be securely stored in your history file. **Appointment Reminder Policy** As a courtesy, we will send you a text reminder 24 hours before your scheduled service. If you do not provide your cell phone number, we cannot send you a reminder. If our reminder system fails and you do not receive a notification, it remains your to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy. **Arrival:** Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time, as appointments will end as scheduled to accommodate the next client. While we will do our best to assist you, rescheduling be required in some instances, and our cancellation policy will apply. **Cancellation:** If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancell made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge to your credit card on file for the cancellation fee. To avoid cancellation fees, clients wishing to re-schedule must do so within 24 hours of their original appointment time. **No-Show:** If you do not arrive for your scheduled treatment or you choose not to receive any services, a minimum charge of $50 or more will apply, depending on the services and time reserved, as this will be treated as a cancellation.
